Trying to look like a building

Trying to look like Guggenheim

Trying to look like a building
digital photos, onging series

Ongoing photo project on social media (instagram and facebook), which consists of performative selfies in front of architectural landmarks.

It all started with a selfie in front of Guggenheim in 2015, where I stated in a comment on instagram and facebook the remarkable resemblance of my expression with the building's design. One of the many commentators - the architect-artist Miriam Rohde - challenged me then with the New Museum. That's how the idea of a series had started. It didn’t stop yet.

I might end up looking like a million cities.

Press: NDR-article and broadcast about the project and my picture with the Elbphilhramonie, December 2016 (in german)
